Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Command Center across usage/adoption analytics, administrative controls, and governance.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, intuitive admin experiences for enterprise customers.
  • •Engage with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales to understand admin pain points, reporting/governance requirements, and integration needs.
  • •Establish and track metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage to prioritize and measure success.
  • •Design dashboards, reporting, and controls to provide actionable visibility for customer administrators and internal leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS for large enterprise customers.
  • •Deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance (usage reporting, identity management, audit logging, access controls).
  • •Experience with identity management concepts including SSO, SCIM, and RBAC.
  • •A technical background or strong desire to go deep on engineering design and trade-offs.
  • •Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders.
