Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and document value chains/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
  • •Elicit and analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories; maintain and track them across the system lifecycle.
  • •Support business experts and product owners during requirement definition and software development.
  • •Analyze available systems and identify options for potential solutions; support preparation of business cases and feasibility studies.
  • •Contribute to requirements-to-design/testing/Q&A/change management and support continuous business process improvement, including coaching on upcoming changes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 320 - 360 daily

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of total work experience and at least 5 years in a similar BA role/project.
  • •At least 3 years of experience as a BA of a large system working with a development team with more than 10 developers.
  • •Knowledge of business processes modelling using BPMN notation and proficiency with requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
  • •Demonstrated familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to understand, speak, and write English (C1).
