Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the focal point for government authorities permitting activities, submissions, and approvals for the project.
  • •Monitor execution of work scope in line with project procedures and safety/quality control procedures.
  • •Review and manage the permitting schedule, incorporating new or amended regulations from authorities.
  • •Coordinate requisitions and related activities for a Qualified Person (QP) and an Authorised Examiner (AE), including tender/interview and bidding package evaluation support.
  • •Track progress of authorities documentation and inspections through TOP/CSC stages, maintain project filing, and support closeout activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architectural with at least 5 years of experience in civil/structural consultants or architectural firms handling industrial projects.
  • •Knowledge of local authorities’ codes, regulations, and submission procedures.
  • •Permitting experience in Indonesia and with Indonesian authorities.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and initiative.
