•Oversee training and development for all Beauty Advisors and Stage Experience Leads, including orientation and selling-model training.
•Act as the Client Experience Lead (CEL) in-store, addressing client feedback and engaging with clients and advisors on-stage.
•Manage all in-store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring proper planning, staffing, and execution to maximize learning and sales.
•Monitor and maintain on-floor visuals and merchandising concepts to align with Sephora standards and ensure timely replenishment.
•Coordinate with brand representatives and store partners to train and coach teams on product knowledge and brand initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 54,800 - 74,000 annually

•Ability to plan, staff, and manage in-store events to maximize client learning and sales opportunities.
•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence partners at all levels and maintain composure under pressure.
