Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional logistics solution initiatives across IT, Mode Teams, Business Units, and Operations to deliver complex programs on time and aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • •Design and deploy system-enabled logistics solutions in Oracle Transportation Management, including network consolidations, regional expansions, and new capability enablement.
  • •Evaluate third-party application readiness and integration feasibility, conduct functional gap analyses, and anticipate future solution requirements.
  • •Own functional design, deployment, governance, and continuous optimization of logistics technology solutions to ensure stability, scalability, and successful implementation.
  • •Develop analytics, dashboards, automated data solutions, and decision-support tools; drive operational excellence through automation, continuous improvement, documentation, training, and governance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.

  • •Strong working knowledge of Transportation Management Systems, with Oracle Transportation Management preferred.
  • •Advanced analytics and data visualization experience using Power BI, SQL-based tools, or Oracle analytics environments.
