Job Summary

Build next-generation cybersecurity AI products for enterprise security teams as a hands-on Staff AI Engineer. You’ll design and deliver agentic workflows that triage alerts, investigate threats, automate security operations, analyze vulnerabilities, and improve security decisions. Own complex AI components end-to-end—from problem framing through production operation—while developing secure, scalable backend services and AI orchestration with strong evaluation, reliability, and observability practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and build advanced cybersecurity AI products for enterprise security workflows.
•Build agentic AI workflows for cybersecurity operations, engineering, and risk processes.
•Convert ambiguous product ideas/prototypes into secure, maintainable, production-grade AI systems with end-to-end technical ownership.
•Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, AI orchestration, and data pipelines for AI product components.
•Support deployment and operational excellence (monitoring, debugging, CI/CD, observability, automated testing) and provide technical guidance through reviews and documentation.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in AI engineering and software engineering.
•3+ years hands-on experience building AI/ML and LLM-based intelligent systems, with experience producing production software (not just prototypes).
•Strong practical experience with LLM applications and agentic AI workflows (e.g., RAG, vector search, tool/function orchestration, context management, evaluation and benchmarking).
•Experience with agentic AI frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI, plus ability to evaluate and improve safety/reliability/latency/cost.
•Strong software engineering capability in 2+ languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, Rust) and experience building backend services/APIs and operating cloud-native applications (e.g., AWS/Azure).
