Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage a team of resources working on HCM Cloud initiatives and related modules.
•Guide the technical team on HDL, HSDL Loaders, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports, ensuring high quality deliverables.
•Configure core HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Global HR) and security settings to support business processes.
•Engage with business stakeholders and project teams to provide status updates and manage issues.
•Identify and resolve system issues, provide end-user training and documentation, and support cross-functional partners across regions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
