Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end coordination of major capital equipment (MCE) from procurement through delivery, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Act as the primary on-site interface between procurement, construction, commissioning, design, commercial teams, and equipment suppliers.
  • •Coordinate suppliers and manage schedules, field support, and commissioning readiness across multiple equipment packages.
  • •Provide risk visibility and escalation management for equipment-related delays, defects, constraints, and supplier performance issues.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and manage project milestones and budgets while supporting RFIs and technical guidance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Strong organizational and management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience coordinating complex equipment packages through the full project lifecycle.
  • •Good technical understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure equipment, or data center systems.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
