Job Summary

Be the EDM/PMAC Operator and Iteration Manager for Trend Micro’s digital marketing initiatives. Manage and operate EDM messages on Oracle Responsys, oversee PMAC direct messaging with Renewal Business Manager, drive Agile iteration planning, track progress, and collaborate with product owners, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and manage EDM/PMAC operations and iterations, ensuring timely delivery of messages and alignment with Renewal Business Manager.
•Operate and maintain PMAC and direct messaging platform in conjunction with Renewal Business Manager while adhering to Agile practices.
•Collaborate with Product Owners, web developers, copywriters, e-commerce, renewal and marketing managers to plan releases/iterations and provide accurate estimates.
•Track iteration progress, report obstacles, and identify bottlenecks to fulfill iteration commitments and improve delivery.
•Provide Agile status reporting (burn-down/ burn-up charts, feature progress) and contribute to a positive team environment with focus on morale and productivity.

Key Requirements

•Experience with Oracle Responsys platform for setting, maintaining and sending eDMs
•Strong HTML and CSS skills
•Proficient in SQL
•Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
•Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams
