Key Responsibilities

  • •Remotely manage Premier non-qualified customers by developing, engaging, retaining, and activating clients through identifying needs and opportunities.
  • •Deliver a consistently excellent customer experience while providing banking services and wealth management support at first point of contact.
  • •Increase wallet share by driving product alignment and transitioning customers up the client continuum, including NTB referrals.
  • •Retain customers through engagement aligned to market and segment strategy and serve a specialized portfolio for clients with more complex needs.
  • •Ensure all activities, transactions, and sales adhere to HSBC and regulatory standards and deliver long-term profitable relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher.
  • •Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • •Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
