Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and manage complex transformational engagements with delivery teams to configure client payment systems for new products, features, and functionality.
  • •Program manage large-scale initiatives across one or more delivery teams, coordinating execution along Visa products and solutions.
  • •Plan, execute, and deliver projects for card products and commercial money movement solutions within scope, time, and budget, including managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • •Act as a functional and technical champion for the client, working with solution architects and product teams to navigate priorities and communicate/manage client expectations.
  • •Oversee project documentation, ensure testing/defect resolution and client sign-off, and manage product enablement while ensuring compliance with internal controls, industry regulations, and data security policies.

Key Requirements

  • •10-12 years of consulting experience leading large-scale complex programs with a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • •Expertise in Visa/Mastercard payment products, preferably managing financial and payment system implementations.
  • •Experience with software development testing, issues identification, and resolution, plus SDLC processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Wikis).
  • •Experience using Postman or other API platforms and REST processing, and ability to analyze data sets to identify insights and risks.
  • •Experience translating AI opportunities into AI requirements; ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple work streams, including Agile/Scrum delivery models.
