Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with MEP engineers to integrate digital and data-driven workflows into engineering design and documentation processes.
  • •Analyze and interpret datasets from BIM models, engineering calculations, simulations, and building performance analysis to support engineering decisions.
  • •Develop tools, workflows, and dashboards to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality, including reporting of engineering performance and project insights.
  • •Create automation scripts and digital tools for repetitive MEP engineering tasks such as calculations, model checking, reporting, and data extraction/processing.
  • •Support interoperability across BIM and engineering analysis platforms, including developing QA/QC processes and contributing to digital standards, templates, and internal training.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE national with family book.
  • •Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Data Science/Data Analytics, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Digital or Computational Engineering, or MEP engineering.
  • •Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and C#, with experience in data manipulation, automation, and analytical workflows.
  • •Experience with SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
  • •Familiarity with BIM data structures and interoperability, including tools/platforms such as Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud, and (advantageous) experience with building-performance simulation tools.
