Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise leadership on how labor costs, productivity, and financial decisions intersect to impact manufacturing costs.
  • •Calculate and manage Hours per Ton analyses with explanations for plant and executive level meetings.
  • •Provide expert insights and support to cross-functional teams on projects involving manufacturing processes, labor, and finance.
  • •Analyze labor-related data to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and support budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan, including Labor costs by projected SKU volume, bridging cost changes and preparing all applicable AOP schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering or a related field
  • •3+ years of relevant experience
  • •Proficient with Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, PowerBi and ability to work with heavy data sets to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets
  • •Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered a plus
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail; Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
