Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the overall operation of the Fitness and Recovery facilities.
  • •Drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
  • •Develop innovative fitness programs, classes, and member journeys.
  • •Ensure exceptional guest and member satisfaction.
  • •Build, coach, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury, five-star hospitality fitness, wellness, or lifestyle environment.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience in a senior Fitness, Wellness, or Spa leadership role.
  • •Strong experience managing budgets, commercial performance, and operational standards.
  • •Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  • •Internationally recognised diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Fitness, Sports Science, Wellness, or related fields.
