Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Associate Director - Group Financial Control in management, statutory and compliance reporting, treasury and tax activities, and strengthening financial governance.
  • •Lead group statutory reporting, management reporting, financial consolidation, and performance analysis across Aldar Education.
  • •Oversee treasury operations, banking activities, liquidity management, and related controls across schools and business units.
  • •Oversee tax governance and compliance, ensuring timely completion of statutory obligations and accurate reporting.
  • •Lead finance ERP business-as-usual and enhancement initiatives, and coordinate annual statutory reporting and external audit processes to support timely issuance of financial statements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • •10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in core reporting and managerial roles.
  • •Experience in group reporting, statutory reporting, audit, consolidation, or multi-entity finance.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, group reporting, statutory reporting, consolidation, ICFR, and financial controls.
