Key Responsibilities

•Advise Palantir’s US government customers and support the business goals through legal counsel.
•Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements, and handle related IP, compliance, data privacy, and employment issues.
•Respond to litigation and regulatory requests and develop strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.
•Monitor and analyze federal legislative, regulatory, and policy developments relevant to Palantir’s government business, including AI policy and data governance frameworks.
•Engage in federal policy processes, including supporting agency rulemaking responses and coordinating external policy positions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 240,000 annually

•Strong organizational skills to multitask and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
