Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise Palantir’s US government customers and support the business goals through legal counsel.
  • •Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements, and handle related IP, compliance, data privacy, and employment issues.
  • •Respond to litigation and regulatory requests and develop strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.
  • •Monitor and analyze federal legislative, regulatory, and policy developments relevant to Palantir’s government business, including AI policy and data governance frameworks.
  • •Engage in federal policy processes, including supporting agency rulemaking responses and coordinating external policy positions.
