Strategy and Operations Lead

Partner with the General Manager, KSA to define and execute growth strategy for Saudi Arabia. Design and continuously improve the operating model, build scalable SOPs and operational processes, and establish commission structures that incentivize agents sustainably. Own business planning, P&L tracking, performance analysis, and improvement initiatives using dashboards and reporting frameworks. Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance while supporting hiring and organizational planning.
