Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in drafting and revision of national and international contracts (sales, distribution, marketing, agency).
  • •Fulfillment of obligations relating to Privacy (GDPR).
  • •Support in corporate governance activities (drafting convocations and minutes of Boards of Directors and Shareholders' Meetings).
  • •Support in the preparation of memos, training, and opinions for internal functions; jurisprudential research.
  • •Support in archiving of paper and pdf documents and database maintenance; support for compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduating in Law or related fields; preferably with some in-house experience.
  • •Advanced Dutch language level (B2-C1) and English language level (B2-C1).
  • •Knowledge of the French language preferable, not required.

  • •EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) required to proceed for this position.
