Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project objectives, supporting profitability and cost-efficiency improvements through financial and commercial analysis.
  • •Lead contract preparation, review, negotiation, and administration across major contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements; ensure compliance with governance and terms.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks, including claims preparation, negotiation, dispute resolution, and input into project risk reviews.
  • •Support cost forecasting, cash flow management, and commercial reporting with finance and project controls; review cost reports, commitments, accruals, and forecasts.
  • •Manage commercial impacts of scope changes and variations through rigorous change control; act as primary commercial interface and mentor the commercial team.

Key Requirements
