Technical, partner-facing architect role focused on enabling SI/technology partners to design and implement enterprise solutions on the Netomi platform. You will lead POCs and demos, build scalable architectures leveraging AWS/Azure/GCP, create repeatable partner assets, and translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders to drive revenue.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support technical sales cycles, including solution design, demos, and hands-on POCs in partnership with Sales, Alliances, and Field CTO
•Prototype, build, and adapt solutions in real time to meet customer requirements in complex enterprise environments
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical blockers to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates
•Design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures leveraging APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•Build and maintain repeatable technical assets (demo environments, reference architectures, integration templates, playbooks) and enable partners to independently execute POCs and implementations over time

Key Requirements

•6–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical pre-sales roles
•Strong hands-on experience with coding, APIs, integrations, and building real-world solutions/POCs
•Ability to prototype, debug, and adapt solutions in live, high-pressure deal environments
•Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and engaging with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
•Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based systems and Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
