Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full product lifecycle end-to-end for your area, including discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning.
  • •Partner with customers on the inside, spending real time with them and advocating for their needs in prioritization decisions.
  • •Make decisions based on evidence to deliver measurable, real outcomes.
  • •Design and ship AI-powered capabilities to move fast and scale.
  • •Partner closely with GTM, KYC, Compliance, and Risk teams and communicate decisions clearly and proactively.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience owning business outcomes tied to growth, activation, or funnel-driven areas.
  • •Experience setting product strategy, building roadmaps, making the case, and iterating based on learning.
  • •Customer-centric mindset focused on solving real customer problems with measurable business impact.
  • •Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features (using AI tools for faster workflow alone is not sufficient).
  • •Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and make sound trade-offs.
