Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage across assigned manufacturing sites to align and maximize Safety, Quality, Productivity, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Ensure OSHA and other regulatory compliance is maintained.
  • •Build competent leadership teams at each location and support employee development.
  • •Lead ad hoc project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvements.
  • •Break down annual/monthly goals into plant metrics, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate accurate reporting of production and inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or another technical field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
  • •7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent transferable experience.
  • •Strong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L management.
  • •Proven ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically while maintaining relationships as they change over time.
  • •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful, dynamic, and changing work environment.
