Job Summary

Lead engineering and maintenance resources to support plant operations by driving capital projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety, and cost performance. Partner with EHS to maintain a safe working environment and act as an interface across maintenance, manufacturing, contractors, and engineering. Own capital budgeting, project scheduling, and equipment reliability initiatives (including PM Pillar leadership), while managing spare parts, maintenance programs, utilities, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a safety leader, partnering with EHS to establish and maintain policies and programs for a safe working environment.
•Manage engineering and maintenance resources to support plant operations through capital projects that improve cost, waste, efficiency, quality, and safety.
•Prepare the plant capital budget, initiate and follow capital projects from idea through implementation, and track expenditures and schedules.
•Lead equipment reliability efforts, including the PM Pillar and teams focused on improving maintenance effectiveness.
•Oversee maintenance operations: preventive maintenance, spare parts inventory levels and obsolescence, grounds/building/parking maintenance, utilities tracking, and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements

•BS in Engineering required.
•Minimum 10 years of related engineering and/or manufacturing experience.

•Industrial mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic experience.
