Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with process engineers and integration teams to turn wafer experiment and yield-learning objectives into reporting requirements.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports for process tool performance, recipe execution, and chamber health.
  • •Write specifications for data pipelines to onboard metrology tools and sensors, collaborating with data engineering on schema design, transformations, and quality checks.
  • •Validate and reconcile data across MES, tool logs, recipe management, metrology platforms, and yield databases for wafer/lot/run/step linkage.
  • •Train application developers and data analysts on the data warehouse and BI tools, and collaborate on predictive model operationalization by ensuring features and labels are available and documented.
