•Ensure Leading Hotels of the World Quality Assurance targets and the highest standards of luxury and quality are delivered to guests.
•Deliver excellent care to guests and maintain reviewable service quality across departments.
•Carry out departmental audits to ensure LHQA is achieved by all team members.
•Lead recruitment, training, appraisals, and succession planning for team members.
•Drive revenue growth and manage costs, rosters, and inventory to stay within budgets while maintaining service excellence.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of two years of assistant management experience in a similar role.
