Senior Executive - Tenders & Contracts

Own the full tendering and contracting lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and awarding suppliers. Review and refine end-user project requirements, coordinate with vendors, and represent the organization in contract and tender discussions. Lead negotiation meetings, manage pre- and post-contract phases (including variations and terminations), and perform financial evaluations to secure competitive bids. Maintain vendor databases, produce status reports, and prepare official contract communications.
