Key Responsibilities

  • •Triaging, investigating, and escalating cybersecurity events across Zoom’s environment to determine root causes and preventive measures.
  • •Transforming analysis into repeatable automation to scale detection/response output and impact.
  • •Collaborating with the D&R team to support incident response services and improve Zoom’s security posture.
  • •Providing investigative support during active cybersecurity incidents and assisting with threat containment and remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) and/or Incident Response role.
  • •2+ years of experience in a technical role (IT, Networking, Software Engineering, Systems Administration, etc.).
  • •Proven track record of building effective automation solutions.
  • •Good programming or scripting skills (Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
  • •Hands-on query-building experience with security data platforms (SPL, KQL, Lucene, CQL, SQL, etc.).
