•Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Window products, focusing on CN+ SEA markets (e.g., Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand) to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors while maintaining relationships with existing partners
•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality, sustainability, or ethical standards
•Collaborate with design, product development, and operations teams to manage product programs, from fabric/yarn selection to final production, ensuring timelines and specifications are met
•Conduct market research on trends in Windows, materials, and sustainable practices to inform sourcing decisions
•Oversee quality control processes, including factory audits, compliance checks for environmental and labor standards, and risk management in the supply chain
