Job Summary

Scale and build industry-specific Salesforce solution assets for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy & Utilities, partnering with internal teams to create demo assets, content hubs, and customer videos. Enable Solution Engineers and field teams through enablement, demos, and training. Serve as a subject-matter expert for strategic pursuits, capture customer success and win/loss insights, and drive continuous improvements. Lead AI tooling adoption to streamline SE productivity and support high-impact customer events.

Key Responsibilities

•Scale and build industry solution initiatives by partnering with internal working groups to create demo assets, content hubs, and customer videos.
•Enable Solution Engineers and field teams with internal enablement, demos, and training using pre-built industry assets and content.
•Partner with Product, Industry, the COE, and Go-To-Market teams to improve demo environments and evolve solutions based on customer feedback and trends.
•Support strategic customer engagements by backing Account SEs and joining key pursuits as an industry subject matter expert for discovery, demo strategy, and deal positioning.
•Establish a feedback and innovation loop by capturing customer success stories and win/loss insights to inform product improvements and sales strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,640 - 210,910 annually

•Strong technical foundation in AI and experience building demos and repeatable solution assets others can leverage.
•Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or Salesforce implementation.
•Proven ability to run discovery sessions that uncover true customer needs and guide strategic conversations with C-level executives.
•Proven project management and orchestration skills to align internal stakeholders to meet deliverable timelines.
•Salesforce certifications and/or a computer science degree or technical equivalent experience.
