Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate global policies and operational processes to identify experience obstacles and process inefficiencies
  • •Plan, prioritize, and execute quarterly projects to improve quality and efficiency of Trust and Safety programs and operations
  • •Optimize processes and create new policies, cascading changes across the organization
  • •Maintain and update major Trust and Safety programs (e.g., Solution Center, Non-Discrimination Policy, Content Moderation, Anomaly Detection, Payments Risk)
  • •Draft SOPs and project charters, present findings/recommendations, and communicate with stakeholders while holding contributors accountable

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,000 - 107,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in program management, policy, or project management, leading complex projects with outcomes impacting 10–100+ people
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with applicable knowledge (or comparable work experience in lieu of a degree)
  • •Demonstrated analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills, driving solutions forward independently
  • •Has written detailed proposals, policies, processes, and workflows
  • •Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
