Job Summary

Own global Trust and Safety proactive/policy programs by evaluating policies and operational processes, identifying experience obstacles, and delivering workflow improvements through project charters, outlines, and roadmaps. Use data to make analytical decisions, mitigate risks, and cascade policy/process changes across teams. Partner with Legal, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support Operations, Enablement, and others to improve enforcement strategies and documentation while driving solutions with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate global policies and operational processes to identify experience obstacles and process inefficiencies
•Plan, prioritize, and execute quarterly projects to improve quality and efficiency of Trust and Safety programs and operations
•Optimize processes and create new policies, cascading changes across the organization
•Maintain and update major Trust and Safety programs (e.g., Solution Center, Non-Discrimination Policy, Content Moderation, Anomaly Detection, Payments Risk)
•Draft SOPs and project charters, present findings/recommendations, and communicate with stakeholders while holding contributors accountable

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 88,000 - 107,600 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years in program management, policy, or project management, leading complex projects with outcomes impacting 10–100+ people
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with applicable knowledge (or comparable work experience in lieu of a degree)
•Demonstrated analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills, driving solutions forward independently
•Has written detailed proposals, policies, processes, and workflows
•Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
