Job Summary

Own the architecture of an internal agentic operating system and ship production AI agent systems. Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture of our internal agentic operating system, including agent orchestration, context strategy, tool integrations, evaluation framework, and production operation.
•Ship production AI agent systems; write code, review code, and deliver significant agent systems.
•Design multi-agent coordination with task decomposition, handoff protocols, shared state management, and orchestration logic.
•Build the evaluation and quality infrastructure with automated eval pipelines, human-in-the-loop reviews, and domain-specific quality metrics.
•Drive cost engineering and build the integration layer to connect agents to the platform, APIs, MCPs, and data contracts.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience shipping multi-agent AI systems or complex AI products to real users.
•Experience with context management, retrieval, and conversation memory in production.
•Experience in model selection, routing, and cost engineering for AI systems.
•Strong software engineering skills across full stack including backend, APIs, and integration layers; able to ship end-to-end.
•Familiarity with tool integration, MCP (Model Context Protocol) or equivalent, and multi-agent coordination patterns.
