Lead the TBM workstream within the Serialization+ transformation, owning the design and evolution of operating models across geographies. Deliver scalable TBM playbooks, drive cross-functional alignment, manage governance and transitions to BAU, and enable measurable improvements in performance and customer experience in a hybrid, global program.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the TBM workstream plan, fully integrated with the program roadmap, milestones, and governance cadence, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivery realities.
•Own the evolution of TBM, including interim and future states, ensuring continuity and scalability across regions.
•Drive formal stakeholder endorsement of TBM updates and design decisions, and institutionalize TBM knowledge and rationale.
•Co-lead transition planning to BAU, ensuring TBM designs are operationally viable and adopted by the business.
•Create measurable business outcomes through TBM decisions and implementations with clear KPI linkage.

Key Requirements

•8–12+ years in management consulting or large-scale digital/data-driven transformation in global organizations
•Proven experience owning and delivering a Target Operating / Business Model from design through adoption, with scaling from pilot to rollout a plus
•Demonstrated ability to work across regions, ideally with exposure to the Americas
•Track record of operating effectively in high-ambiguity environments and driving progress before everything is fully defined
•Ability to design TBM across people, processes, governance, decision rights and build standardized patterns for replication across markets
