Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate the concrete mixer truck to deliver and unload ready-mixed concrete to customer sites as specified.
  • •Follow dispatch instructions and coordinate with the dispatcher/plant manager; check and complete delivery tickets with special instructions.
  • •Maintain vehicle and work area cleanliness, including rinsing the drum before and after deliveries and performing sweeping/shoveling as needed.
  • •Comply with OSHA and USDOT/FMSCA safe-operating practices and use supplied PPE.
  • •Collect customer payments, record transactions, and respond to customer questions related to basic product knowledge and concrete instructions.
