Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily corporate travel operations, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • •Ensure travel arrangements meet company standards and client requirements, while maintaining high service quality and satisfaction.
  • •Optimize operational processes for efficiency and accuracy and support implementation of new travel technologies.
  • •Lead and supervise the corporate travel operations team, providing training, guidance, and support to coordinators.
  • •Negotiate supplier rates and contracts, monitor supplier performance, analyze sales data, and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience with 3 years of relevant corporate travel experience (2 years in GCC is a plus).
  • •Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency in travel booking systems and software such as GDS, Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
  • •Ability to lead and motivate a team with a customer-focused commitment to service excellence.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, required.
