Key Responsibilities

•Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion to map intelligence gaps, workflow friction, and handoff failures, and translate findings into a prioritized problem backlog.
•Build and refine AI agents tailored to parts of the revenue lifecycle, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration on shared infrastructure.
•Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, account strategy) to ensure the work stays grounded in the commercial and customer motion.
•Own the reliability and quality of the systems you manage by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, and continuously tuning/iterating.
•Partner cross-functionally (Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership) to ensure systems are adopted and help shape the emerging playbook.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion (e.g., Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, Sales leadership, or GTM strategy) at a B2B SaaS company.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes, with concrete examples.
•Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and contribute to prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations).
•Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the day-to-day reality of GTM personas (AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, CS, and business value teams).
•Strong field credibility from executive-level customer engagement, with a track record of driving solutions from problem identification through field adoption.
