Lead store sales and guest experience strategy as part of the store leadership team, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. Root-cause sales opportunities, oversee the Sales & Service team through coaching and feedback, and maintain daily client relationships. Build and execute store Sales & Service strategy with the General Manager, manage budget/metrics and reporting, represent the business in meetings, and drive succession planning and recruitment.
