Own template systems and modular components in Figma/Canva, run localisation for new markets, and dedicate time to motion/video experiments to expand visual vocabulary.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, iterate, and scale high-performing visual assets for multi-channel digital advertising campaigns with a high-volume workflow.
•Collaborate with the Lead Brand Designer to absorb and execute daily production needs for growth marketing channels.
•Adjust design quality to channel needs to create native, current, raw creative that drives conversion.
•Partner with growth marketers and copywriters to translate performance data and audience insights into new visual hooks and variants.
•Build and expand template systems and modular asset components in Figma/Canva, including managing localisation for new global markets.

Key Requirements

•2-4+ years of design experience specialising in growth marketing, performance creative, or digital advertising (DTC, subscription, or startup experience desirable).
•A portfolio demonstrating you understand what stops the scroll with organised digital layouts and strong typographic hierarchy at high volumes.
•Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
•A strong understanding of platform cultures and what feels native on TikTok/Instagram vs. a stale ad.
•Exceptional speed, organisational agility, and willingness to iterate based on performance feedback and metrics.
