•Form and develop the SMM direction according to the company’s business and communications strategy.

•Analyze current SMM performance, audit channels, and implement improvements.
•Coordinate the full content production cycle (planning to publishing) and manage the content calendar.
•Lead SMM team operations (1 SMM Manager), coordinate with the internal creative agency, and plan SMM support for product launches and other marketing activities.
