Assist seasoned Service Technicians with the installation and repair of environmental control (HVAC) systems at customer locations. Learn refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts while using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units. Work with field technicians and project managers to support on-site installations, while maintaining safety standards and protecting company assets as you advance through a nationally registered four-year apprenticeship program.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist seasoned Service Technicians with the installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer locations.
•Identify, examine, diagnose, and plan for equipment repair to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers to understand on-site installation requirements, including forecasting issues and gathering materials.
•Use cutting-edge software and technology, along with hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
•Maintain safety to the highest standards and ensure security and accountability of company-issued and procured assets.

Salary: USD 19.95 - 37.64 hourly

Key Requirements

•No industry experience required; technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience are not required but will be considered.
•Must be at least 18 years of age when you start.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
•Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.
