Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the why, when, and what of the products and lead cross-functional teams from ideation through launch
  • •Build a product and strategy reflecting the company's vision and articulate the business value to the product team

  • •Manage and prioritize product items and own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas
  • •Continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer requirements, and emerging technologies

  • •6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product
  • •Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

  • •hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule
  • •strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, accuracy) and model APIs like OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral
