•Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and potential new channels from planning through optimization and scale.
•Build and drive a continuous testing roadmap across tactics, audiences, creative, messaging, and landing pages.
•Manage the Search agency and hold them accountable to performance goals and roadmap execution.
•Monitor performance daily and optimize toward CAC and ROI while identifying new growth opportunities.
•Own weekly KPI reporting, diagnosing performance fluctuations, and partnering with creative/external teams to produce high-performing assets.
