Key Responsibilities

•Perform quality control review of design calculations or drawings and develop technical specification sections
•Lead HVAC system design for complex projects including commercial, residential and data centers
•Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC performance
•Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
•Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the HVAC design team
•Participate in client meetings to communicate design concepts and verify installation on site

Key Requirements

•Master of Engineering degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
•Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects
•Proficiency with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations
•Experience on commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects across geographies (USA, Canada, ANZ)
•Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
•Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP or BIM tools)
•Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (eQuest, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE)
