Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada
  • •Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada
  • •Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation
  • •Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems
  • •Manage estimating, cost planning, and cost analysis for commercial, institutional, and residential projects

Key Requirements

  • •4-5 years MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)
  • •A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field

  • •Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS, PQS, CCP)
