Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support for HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness, including maintaining employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • •Prepare HR documentation, correspondence, and reports; coordinate and schedule HR-related meetings, appointments, and events.
  • •Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including coordinating with Talent Acquisition on offer letters and pre-hire necessities.
  • •Assist with employee lifecycle activities such as promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and organizational updates; support offboarding tasks and final pay coordination.
  • •Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries, escalate to the Senior HR Business Partner as needed, and help identify process improvements.
