Job Summary

Uphold and apply company design standards by managing architectural projects from inception through post-occupancy evaluation. Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to translate design objectives into store-specific architectural solutions. Produce sketches, renderings, and construction documents using design software, solve design and construction problems, participate in onsite visits, and ensure deliverables meet code and safety requirements.

•Ensure all design projects company-wide uphold EquipmentShare design standards.
•Establish project goals, oversee small teams, and assist with budgets and timelines.
•Translate design principles into varied architectural solutions for unique store locations and develop form, proportion, scale, and materiality.
•Create sketches/renderings and produce final plans, renderings, and construction documents using design software.
•Perform post-occupancy evaluations, conduct onsite visits, and stay current on trends, materials, and building detailing.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited college.
•At least 4 years of relatable experience preferred, with exposure across the full project delivery lifecycle.
•Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, building codes, and regulations.
•Ability to work well with a team both in person and remotely, with strong communication skills.
•Proficiency with design tools such as Revit, Enscape for Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud (plus Twinmotion experience is a plus).
