First Party Recovery Collections Specialist

Manage and recover delinquent accounts owned by the bank by contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence. Negotiate payment plans and settlements, educate customers on account status and consequences, and accurately document all collection activities in bank systems. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, fraud, escalations), monitor arrangements, meet recovery targets, and ensure compliance with FDCPA and applicable federal/state regulations.
