Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, including WBS, CPM baseline schedules, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • •Update and maintain weekly and monthly schedules to reflect progress; review contractor/consultant/vendor schedules for inconsistencies, delays, and risks.
  • •Monitor progress against approved baselines, contractual milestones, and planned completion dates; perform critical-path, float erosion, and schedule slippage analysis.
  • •Implement and maintain Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance measurement systems; track planned vs. actual progress and schedule variance/earned value metrics.
  • •Collect and consolidate project data, prepare project-control reports and KPI dashboards (progress curves, critical-path reports, resource histograms, milestone trackers, look-ahead schedules), and develop reporting narratives with risks/delays/issues and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of construction project controls, planning, or scheduling experience.
  • •Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and project-controls principles for large-scale infrastructure/industrial/complex building projects.
  • •Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (schedule development, updating, baseline management, critical-path analysis, resource loading, progress reporting).
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data analysis/reporting, plus ability to identify trends, variances, risks, and potential delays.
