Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of HSBC’s GenAI Agent Platform for enterprise banking services. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build and implement a Generative AI Agent platform supporting priority banking services from discovery through production rollout
•Architect enterprise-grade platform capabilities, including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, memory/state management, skill registry/management, and reusable patterns for scalable delivery
•Drive platform adoption at scale with reference implementations, onboarding pathways, APIs/SDKs, templates, and governance to enable safe, repeatable agent solutions
•Own platform performance management: define success metrics and SLOs, implement observability, run evaluations, and optimize reliability, latency and cost
•Oversee end-to-end delivery execution, manage scope/risks/dependencies, coordinate across teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) with strong communication in English
•5+ years hands-on software development in Python or Java or Golang, plus production deployment experience using a major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
•2+ years building and shipping GenAI/LLM applications with agentic workflows, multi-agents, tool/function calling, RAG, search and vector databases
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
•AI-native mindset with an emphasis on applying AI-driven approaches to improve productivity, quality, and engineering practices
