Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate release of new products and product improvements by interfacing with engineering functions.
  • •Own module/product on PLC/CIP program launch and create, release, approve, and implement engineering change orders to support NPI and floor readiness.
  • •Own SMBOM releases and process non-standard BOM requests for systems and NSO to support phase exits and build needs.
  • •Create and maintain master layouts in UG/NX, maintain product models, and manage options/variants, including supporting NPI/CIP documentation via OMS creation.
  • •Drive issue resolution during assembly/test with root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions while partnering with volume manufacturing engineers and suppliers to transition from NPI to volume manufacturing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS level degree in an engineering discipline.
  • •4+ years of manufacturing/engineering experience (or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of the engineering change order process and product development practices including DFx, value engineering, and producibility/manufacturability analysis.
  • •In-depth CAD tool experience with UG-NX and Teamcenter, including product structure, bill of materials, and product safety requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience creating and maintaining new options and variant conditions, plus the ability to engage with suppliers to resolve manufacturing issues.
