Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into proofs-of-concept and validate AI-driven solutions.
  • •Prototype end-to-end AI solutions from problem framing through data readiness, modeling, evaluation, and initial productization.
  • •Create reusable components, tooling, and templates to accelerate future projects.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to align technical decisions with business outcomes.
  • •Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist or equivalent at a technology company
  • •familiarity with ML/AI and LLMs in production systems
  • •high-level understanding of how business processes and systems work end to end
  • •domain experience partnering with GTM and Finance a plus
  • •willingness to work from Notion offices on designated Anchor Days (onsite)
